Agreeing to these terms

By using MoreLife you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

What MoreLife is

MoreLife is an AI accountability coach: it helps you plan your days, check in on them, and keep going. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

No promised outcomes

MoreLife is a planning and accountability tool, not a guarantee. Nothing in the app, on our website, or in any of our marketing is a promise or a prediction that you will reach your goal, earn any particular amount of money, build a business, be able to buy anything, or change in any specific way.

Goals, milestones, purchases, figures, images and example conversations shown in our materials are illustrative. They are not real user results, not transcripts of real sessions, and not typical outcomes. What actually happens depends on you, your circumstances, and a great deal that nobody controls. Plenty of people who set a goal never reach it, and installing an app does not by itself change that.

Claims about MoreLife

MoreLife has not been the subject of any clinical or academic study, and nothing in our materials should be read as a research finding about what MoreLife achieves or what it will do for you.

The coach is an AI

Coach replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete, or a bad fit for your situation. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them, including how hard you push your body and mind.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service. That includes: attempting to make the coach act outside its role or produce harmful content; probing, attacking, or overloading our systems; reverse-engineering the app or the service; using it for anything unlawful; or reselling access. We apply rate and usage limits to keep the service available and affordable, and we may block use that abuses them.

Your content

What you write is yours. You give us the limited right to process it, including through third-party AI providers, solely to run the service (generating coach replies, keeping your plan working). We claim no other rights to it.

Price

MoreLife is currently free. There is nothing to buy in the app, there is no subscription, and no payment details are collected or held by us or by anyone on our behalf.

MoreLife will become paid in the future. When that happens, the price and what it covers will be shown to you first, and nothing is ever charged unless you make a purchase yourself through the App Store. Continuing to use a free version of MoreLife never enrols you in a paid one.

No warranty

MoreLife is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the coach will always say the right thing. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending and changing things

You can stop using MoreLife at any time; Settings → Wipe everything removes your data from the device. We may suspend access that violates these terms, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and both you and MoreLife agree to that venue.
